To improve your downloading experience, please update your handset settings before downloading ring tones or wallpaper. Updating will take only a few minutes. This is a free update.

Instructions for downloading new software:

  1. Select Menu, Settings, Setup/Others, Update Phone SW
  2. Follow the prompts. You will be asked if you want to update the software. Press Yes, and press Next.
  3. Your handset will power down and then initiate the software upgrade. The update could take several minutes and you will not be able to use your phone while it is loading new software.
  4. When your handset confirms that the update has been completed, Press OK.
  5. Once the upgrade has completed please check to ensure that the new software is on your device. Select Menu, Settings, Phone Info, Version. The software version should read LX15VN04.
